Provides general business support to a business services office in accordance with standard procedures. May provide work leadership to clerical business support personnel.

Job Duties:
Reconciles financial and/or payroll information to statements provided by the University; researches and corrects discrepancies.
Compiles recurring reports for management; advises management on the status of accounts.
Reviews business documents for accuracy and availability of funds; follows up to ensure that transactions are completed in a timely fashion. Business documents may include, but are not limited to, purchase vouchers, requisitions, travel reimbursements, personnel actions, timesheets, or cash deposits.
Updates and maintains department business spreadsheets or databases and generates ad hoc reports as needed.
May prepare a variety of summary or billing reports as needed.
Prepares journal vouchers and/or reallocations to effect changes in accounts.
Coordinates and assists with special projects as assigned.
Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

High school and 3 years experience.
Requires a basic knowledge of grammar, spelling, punctuation and simple mathematical functions like percentages, ratios, etc. as might normally be acquired through attainment of a high school diploma or GED.

Requires a minimum of three (3) years of directly job-related experience.

Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of PeopleSoft.
Experience with Concur/Travel.
